What is Atal Pension Yojana ?

Who can join Atal Pension Yojana ?

9 Function of National Skill Development Agency

The National Skill Development Agency (NSDA) is an independent body of Government of India which come under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.The NSDA not only organize the skill development programme of the Indian Government but also manage the private sectors so that they can also achieve target of the Government of India set for the 12th Plan.



What is National Skill Development ?


The NSDA was launched through a gazette notification on 6 June 2013. The National Skill Development programme of India is sum of the Prime Minister’s National Council on Skill Development (PMNCSD) and the National Skill Development Coordination Board (NSDCB). The Government of India launched NSDA to connect the Social, gender, economic and regional divide by checking the skill which most deprived class or categories like SC's, ST's, OBC's, minorities and women needs to enhance their skill for making living for themself and taking part in Indian Economic by increasing GDP of India.This scheme is not only for minorities but NSDA has also some skill development programme which physically challenge people can learn.

The Ministry of Skill Development and NSDC has been continuously implementing the NSDA scheme and reviewing NSDA role to anchor the National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF.


Function of National Skill Development

Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana (RSBY) is a health insurance scheme of the Governement of India for BPL family. The RSBY scheme was launched by the Ministry of Labour and Employment for the family living below poverty line (BPL). It is a cashless insurance scheme for providing medical treatment in public and selected private hospitals. Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana is active in more than 25 states in India since it became operational on April 2008. RSBY provides cashless health insurance cover up to  30,000/-per annum to BPL families, people who are working in unorganized sector and under MGNREGS.

What is Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana ? 


The Government of India launched a health insurance scheme for BPL families. Later Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana (RSBY) of the Labour and Employment Ministry is merged with national health insurance mission (NHAM) to provide medical care of up to 30,000/- per annum for the beneficiary. 


Who is eligible for Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana ?


The beneficiary of the Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana could be any family which come in Below Poverty Line (BPL) list .The Government of State prepared the list of BPL famliies district wise with help of district authorities. The BPL family needs to go to enrollment station of RSBY scheme for filling registration form to obtain rsby card. The beneficiary needs to pay Rs. 30 per annum as registration fee to get smart card. The rsby smart card is a biometric card which every beneficiary get for identifying their eligibility. 


Who can enroll for Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana ? 


Every BPL family can enroll for the Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana of Ministry of Labour and Employment. The head of family or beneficiary needs to be physically present while registering for the RSBY scheme. After applying for yojana beneficiary will gets smart card which is biometric enabled card issued to every one whoever enrolled for the rsby scheme. This card will be used to identify your identity when you're getting insurance cover for any kind of illnesses.


What is the insurance coverage in RSBY ?


Every below poverty line (BPL) family is the beneficiaries under Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana. It provides medical cover upto 30,000/- for hospitalization of family of five members on a floater basis. Any member in family can take benefit of RSBY scheme in which medical care will be provided to the beneficiary for any kind of illnesses. Not only medical care, beneficiary of RSMY will be given a transportation cost of 1000 per annum.

What is a Consumer forum/court ?


Consumer forum/court is given to the people of India to hear consumer's disputes.Consumer Forum is provided by Consumer Protection Act 1986 that is an Act of the parliament of India.Consumer Protection Act 1986 was enacted to proctect the consumer's interest in India.This act is some kind rules which is to be followed when hearing Consumers disputes.The main purpose of Consumer forum is to protect right of the consumer.You can check more about Consumer Protection Act 1986 here.


Level of Consumer Forum/Court


There are three levels of consumer forum/court in India.These three conusmer forum/court works on District, state and National level.The consumer forum/court are so divided that is based on area and judicial power provided to officials of consumer forum.


Veridict of Consumer Forum/Court


The consumer forum/court look into the cases where a Company and service provider has an office or branch within limit of the district court.Once case is filed by Consumer in the court then Consumer court hear both side and view all facts and proofs in presented in the Court.After hearing case Court gives the verdict in favour of right one either is it Consumer or it is a company.If the verdict of court is not in a favour of Consumer and if Consumer is not satisfied with that verdict then Consumer can appeal in state consumer forum/Court.If again consumer is not satisfied with state consumer court verdict then consume can appeal to nation consumer court.But Consumer has to appeal within 30 days of verdicts of District ,  state and National level of Consumer court.

How to file a campaint in consumer forum?


There are many steps you follow to file a compaint in consumer forum but if you do not have complete information about it then you are helpless in way.So to make it easy for you we have provided simple steps which you can use to file compaint in court.

Before filing a compaint in consumer court , Consumer must know where and how can they file a compaint in consumer court.So follow steps given below.

Jurisdiction - This is first thing you must remember while filing compaint in consumer court.In which jurisdiction you have to file compaint is depends on compensation claimed by you.If you've claimed compensation of more than 20,00,000 /- INR then you can  file your complaint in district court/forum.If the claimed comensation is between 20,00,000 /- INR and 1,00,00,000 /- INR then you can to file compaint in state consumer forum/court.If the claimed compensation is more than 1,00,00,000 / - INR then you can file compaint in National consumer court/forum.

Fee Structure – To file a compaint in consumer court you have to pay fees prescribed by the Forum.The forum prescribed this fees accoring to the claimed compensation.We've provided fees structure for filing compaint. 
Claimed Compensation  up to 1 Lakh – 100/-INR
Claimed Compensation between 1 to 5 Lakhs – 200/-INR
Claimed Compensation between 5 to 10 Lakhs – 400/-INR
Claimed Compensation between 10 to 20 lakhs – 500/-INR

You have to pay fees by demand draft in favor of President State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Chennai

Come Individual – Consumer who filed compaint can come to court individually as there is no need of lawyer.

File Complaint - You can file case either by sending your complaint by post or submit your complaint in district court.For filing compaint you need to submit or attach 5 copies of complaint.Three copies of complaint is for the forum and else two copies is for opposite party and forum office each.

Representative - If you have any representative for you case filed in consumer forum/court.Then in that case you have to sign in your complaint so that your representative can come to court for hearing. 

Note : Consumer forum/court has right to dismiss  your compliant if court didn't get any required documents.So you have to come court for every hearing so that you can know what documents and evidence court are demanding from you and opposite party.

About Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY)



Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana was lauched for the people  living in India who are not insured.The main aim of the Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY) is to reach that number of people who are far away to reach for scheme.So that they can insured themself.


The people living in rural area do not insure themself because they thinks that insurance is expensive thing for them.The goal of PMSBY scheme  is to reach these people and let them awarness about scheme which is not expensive which they can use to insure themself.

  5. You need to submit the PMSBY application form each year before June 1 ,2015.
  6. You need to have atleast Rs. 12/- in your Bank acount for the PMSBY  Scheme .
  7. Premium of PMSBY  Scheme fill be auto-debited from the Bank account.



Insurance cover under  PMSBY scheme 



Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY) Scheme is an an accidental Death and Disability insurance scheme.So This scheme offers two types of insurance cover.


Full Disablity or accidental death : Under Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY) Scheme Rs. 2 lakh of cover will be provided for full Disablity or accidental death.


Partial Disablity : Under Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY) Scheme Rs. 1 lakh of cover will be provided for Partial Disablity .


Tax benefits under PMSBY scheme 

Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY) Scheme is totally tax free under Section 80C and Section 10(10D) .The premium you pay for the PMSBY Scheme will also be tax free under Section 80C.Accidental cover will also be tax exempted under Section10(10D)

How to get Enrolled for PMAPY Scheme ?



Any Indian can enroll for PMAPY Scheme.Government started accepting application form for the APY scheme from June 1st 2015.So there is no last date to apply for the APY scheme.To have this PMAPY Scheme an individual must have a Bank Account and Aadhar Card.Applicant who have bank account can fill Application form and submit it to the nearest Bank.The applicant must fill all the required details including account number, spouse and nominee details in the application form of APY scheme.


Premium payable for PMAPY Scheme



Once you applied for the PMAPY scheme you have to pay the premium every month.There is only one way to pay premium for the scheme.That is auto-debited.It means you only have to apply for scheme rest of work will be done automatically.The premium for PMAPY scheme will be auto-debited directly from your bank account which you provided while applying for scheme.

National Savings Certificate (NSC)


The Government of India or PM Modi's Government announced National Savings Certificate (NSC). National Savings Certificate is aimed to motivate People of India for savings. As Post offices is accessible to the common people , this certificate is issued by Post Office. The deposites which are collected in Post office will be used for growth and development of the country.

There  are three types of NSC certificates which are following as :

Single holder Kind Certificate: This NSC Certificate is issued only to the holder himself / herself. 
Joint A Kind Certificate: This NSC  Certificate is issued for 2 adults and assigned to both holders mutually.
Joint B Kind Certificate: This NSC Certificate is issued jointly for 2 adults and assigned to either of them.


Who can buy or hold NSC certificate?


Any individual whether singly or jointly along with other adult and a guardian or parent on his or her minor’s behalf can buy NSC Certificate from Post office . On other hand Non-Resident Indians (NRI’s) ,Hindu Undivided Families (HUF’s) and Trusts cannot invest in or buy NSC Certificate. Any Individual who was Indian at the time of buying NSC certificate and became an NRI then he or she can hold this certificate till its maturity. 


Where to buy NSC certificate ?


Any individual whether singly or jointly or a guardian or parent on his or her minor’s behalf can buy NSC Certificates which are issued by the post office located any where in India. In case any individual is moving to other place  then he or she can also move his NSC certificate from the post office , where they bought his or her certificate , to the other post office located at new place of individual. 


How to buy NSC certificate ?


The payments for purchasing NSC certificate can be done to the P.O  in cash or  Cheque and Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Postmaster. The payments can also be done by giving away an matured certificate. After The Postmaster must issue new Certificate of NSC or  issue provisional receipt to the buyer. If the Postmaster issued  provisional receipt to the buyer then later on when NSC is issued ,buyer can get his or her NSC certificate from the Post Office.

NSC's  Rate of interest


NSC offers a very good return or interest on investments in different kind of NSC certificate issued by the Post Office. This NSC certificates are :

1. NSC VIII issue 
2. NSC IX issue

NSC certificate VIII issue offers 8.50% of interest . Certificate , which individual bought , value of Rs 100 will give Rs 151.62 after 5 years.
NSC certificate IX issue offers 8.80% of interest .Certificate which individual bought , value of Rs 100 will give Rs 234. 35 after 10 years.

The Make in India is the flagship campaign of present BJP led NDA Government of India aimed to boost the India's manufacturing industry and attract foreign investors to invest into the Indian economy. The Indian Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi announced " Make in India " in his Independence Day address from the ramparts of the Red. After one month of Independence Day address " Make in India campaign " was launched by PM Modi on September 25, 2014 at the Vigyan Bhavan in New Delhi. The campaign was dedicated by the Prime Minister to Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya who was born on the same date in 1916.The logo for the Make In India campaign is inspired by the Ashoka Chakra.

The Make in India's aim is to grow  the India's domestic manufacturing industry so that Government of India can generate Jobs and transform India into  a manufacturing hub.The Make in India campaign is also  intended to attract more foreign direct investment (FDI) or foreign investors to invest into the Indian economy.

India has large numbers of skilled or unskilled labour which are easily available .India also has rich natural resources.The PM Modi  launched Make in India campaign to boost the Indian economy , by utilizing these natural resources and generating Jobs for skilled or unskilled labour , and to make India a manufacturing hub.

The PM Modi had called all the entrepreneurs and the corporates or investors and asked them to invest in the India with foreign direct investment (FDI) or asked Indian entrepreneurs to develop or invest in India .The PM Modi also promised that he and his Government would aid Investors in developing India.

The government of India has identified 25 priority sectors where the foreign direct investment is the highest. In these 25 sectors , investment shall be promoted by the government of India.The PM Modi had said that the development of these sectors is important to India as these sectors attracts highest FDI in India.

To provide information regarding Investment or to help investors , the government of India also launched a website of "Make in India campaign " highlighting all the 25 sectors and Information like statistics of sectors ,growth of sectors and  all policies regarding investments in thses 25 sectors etc.
