What is Mudra Bank ?

Pradhan Mantri Micro Units Development and Refinance Agency Bank is full name of this Yojana.Mudra Bank Yojana was announced by Finance Minister Arun Jaitley in his 2015-16 Budget speech and was launched by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 8 April, 2015 with  Rs 20,000 crore .This scheme is for every people who want to start their business.Mudra bank provide loan up to 10 lakh for small business.

How to apply for bank Loan under Mudra Bank Yojana ?

Pradhan Mantri Micro Units Development and Refinance Agency Bank (Mudra Bank) is new institution which was set up by the Government of India for delevopment and providing funds to small business.Mudra Bank also provide refinancing services.
To apply for Bank Loan you must have business plan which you have to give to your nearest Bank on demand .As per the norms you can apply for three type of Bank loan according to your need.

What kind of bank Loan offered under Mudra Bank Yojana ?

Mudra Bank Yojana is an initiative of the Government of India offering refinancing services.The main aim of this yojana is to provide Bank loan up to 10 lank to small entrepreneur.There are three type of Bank loan offered under Mudra Bank Yojana.These Bank Loan are :


  1. Shishu category : This Bank loan is for those who are in their early or starting stage of business covering upto 50,000 as loan amount.
  2. Kishor category : This Bank loan is for those who have set up their business and need money for growing business. This Bank Loan named "Kishor" will give cover upto 50,000 to 5 lakh.   
  3. Tarun category : This Bank loan is for those who have established their business and need money for growing their business further. This Bank Loan named "Tarun" will give cover upto 5 lakh to 10 lakh.

9 Function of National Skill Development Agency

The National Skill Development Agency (NSDA) is an independent body of Government of India which come under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.The NSDA not only organize the skill development programme of the Indian Government but also manage the private sectors so that they can also achieve target of the Government of India set for the 12th Plan.



What is National Skill Development ?


The NSDA was launched through a gazette notification on 6 June 2013. The National Skill Development programme of India is sum of the Prime Minister’s National Council on Skill Development (PMNCSD) and the National Skill Development Coordination Board (NSDCB). The Government of India launched NSDA to connect the Social, gender, economic and regional divide by checking the skill which most deprived class or categories like SC's, ST's, OBC's, minorities and women needs to enhance their skill for making living for themself and taking part in Indian Economic by increasing GDP of India.This scheme is not only for minorities but NSDA has also some skill development programme which physically challenge people can learn.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 20 september 2015 did his 12 the edition of  Mann ki Baat.Since becoming Prime Minister , Modi  has been doing live talk with People of India on single plateform which is accessible to every citizen. In Mann ki Baat programme PM Modi discuss his view or idea and gets feedbacks or suggestions from the people of India.The PM Modi choose Radio as single plateform because it is only place where every one can reach or listen their PM.  




12th edition of  Mann ki Baat

PM modi in his last Mann ki Baat programme urged the Peoples to records their voice for next Programme.Just like In every edition of Mann ki  Baat PM Modi has discussed several issue , PM Modi addressed so many issue including giving up of LPG subsidy , Promotion of Khadi , Swacch Bharat Abhiyan , Paying tribute to soldiers.


EC rejected plea of leader and let PM Modi to address the nation

Some leaders including Congress and others  objected to Mann ki Baat programme.They alleged that PM Modi in his 12th edition of Mann ki Baat  could influence voters for the Bihar elections. But Election commision rejected plea of leader and let PM Modi  to address the peoples on All India Radio Programme.

  • He told the nation that during his visit to Kolkata ,he met with Subhash Chandra Bose's family members. He said he spend some time with them.He confirmed that family members  of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose will visit Prime MInister s residence , 7 Race Course Road.
  • He emphasised that it is very important for every people of the nation to register as voters.He also patted the Election Commission for their efforts to create awareness among the voters about their rights.The PM  modi said creating awareness is not only a task of Election commision every citizen should do their duty to Nation and contribute in Eelection Commision's campaigne of creating awareness among voters. He also remarked his slogan first vote, then eat .
  • PM Modi said Radio is a great medium for communication. he had also been using Radio r to reach out to people through 'Mann Ki Baat' . He added that  Mann Ki Baat had become 'Aap Ki Baat'.He also mentioned that  Subhash Chandra Bose is first one who had set up radio in Germany. He added " Bose would communicate through Radio in various languages.
  • PM Modi again urged people to buy at least one Khadi clothing as a tribute to Mahatma Gandhi and to encourage the industry.
  • The child who spoke about the 'Swacch Bharat' campaign , asked for dustbins in every way of the country. PM Modi replied and said that cleanliness should be made a habit.He also expressed happiness and said now Cleanliness not only confined to the street it is now also discussed from parliament.He said  Swacch Bharat  campaign will have to move forward to make India a clean country by 2019.
  • The Prime Minister Narendra Modi also mentioned his visit to a defence exhibition few days ago.He said that he met with those people who had participated in the war.He said it is important to understand the history  to create new new history. If the connection of understanding history and creating new history breaks then no one can make new hisorty.   
  • PM Modi said 30 lakh people have given it up for LPG subsidy after his 'give-up' call.

The Prime Minister Narendra Modi was Born in Gujarat’s Vadnagar.In an early age he started working at his uncle’s tea-shop to supplement his family’s income. With work at tea shop he continued his study and completed his high-schooling.He aftre some time joined nationalist organization Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) as youth volunteer.

In 1968 ,he left his home town and moved to Kolkata and there He joined so many ashrams including Belur Math ashram.In 1971 he returned. He was very close to senior RSS leader Lakshmanrao Inamdar.The RSS appointed Modi was as a campaigner.Then he did his a bachelors degree in Political Science from Delhi university.

In 1985 he became the member of the BJP and was promoted to the rank of party’s organizing secretary in Gujarat.he has a close relations with BJP stalwart Keshubhai Patel.Keshubhai Patel let BJP to assign him the post of chief minister in 2001.After becaoming chief minister of Gujarat he with his Gujarat model change the business environment of state.Today Gujarat model is highly appreciated by many leaders.

He served Gujarat for Four terms before becoming Prime Minister.In 2013, BJP announced Narendra Modi as their prime ministerial candidate.In general elections  2014 he won with majority and on May 26, 2014 became the 15th Prime minister of India.

Make in India

The Make in India is the flagship campaign of present BJP led NDA Government of India aimed to boost the India's manufacturing industry and attract foreign investors to invest into the Indian economy. The Indian Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi announced " Make in India " in his Independence Day address from the ramparts of the Red. After one month of Independence Day address " Make in India campaign " was launched by PM Modi on September 25, 2014 at the Vigyan Bhavan in New Delhi. The campaign was dedicated by the Prime Minister to Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya who was born on the same date in 1916.The logo for the Make In India campaign is inspired by the Ashoka Chakra.


Make in India : Vision


The Make in India's aim is to grow  the India's domestic manufacturing industry so that Government of India can generate Jobs and transform India into  a manufacturing hub.The Make in India campaign is also  intended to attract more foreign direct investment (FDI) or foreign investors to invest into the Indian economy.

India has large numbers of skilled or unskilled labour which are easily available .India also has rich natural resources.The PM Modi  launched Make in India campaign to boost the Indian economy , by utilizing these natural resources and generating Jobs for skilled or unskilled labour , and to make India a manufacturing hub. 


Make in India :  Important Sectors 


The PM Modi had called all the entrepreneurs and the corporates or investors and asked them to invest in the India with foreign direct investment (FDI) or asked Indian entrepreneurs to develop or invest in India .The PM Modi also promised that he and his Government would aid Investors in developing India.

The government of India has identified 25 priority sectors where the foreign direct investment is the highest. In these 25 sectors , investment shall be promoted by the government of India.The PM Modi had said that the development of these sectors is important to India as these sectors attracts highest FDI in India.

After the Beti Bachao campaign , Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched Sukanya Samriddhi Yojna in January 2015 . Sukanya Samriddhi Yojna  is a small deposit savings scheme for girl child, launched as a part of the "Beti Bachao Beti Padhao" campaign. Both Sukanya Dev Yojna or Sukanya Samriddhi Yojna are same scheme. Sukanya Samriddhi Yojnahas or Sukanya Dev Yojna  has been started in Post Offices by Haryana Government. The account can be opened in any post office or authorised branches of commercial banks. The main objective of Sukanya Samriddhi Yojna was  to encourage parents to save for the education and future of their girl child.This scheme will benefit girl child of age 1 Year to 10 Years. Parents will have to deposit Rs 1000 per month for next 14 Years, totaling Rs 1,68,000. Girl will get Rs 6,00,000 when she will become 21 Year Old.

The Sukanya Samriddhi Account can be opened at any time only by legal parents of girl child in the name of a girl child from the birth of the girl child with a minimum deposit of Rs 1000. A depositor or legal parents of the girl child may open and operate only one account in the name of a girl child under these rules. Natural or legal guardian of a girl child can open Sukanya Samriddhi Account in post office or bank for the girl child by providing birth certificate of a girl child


Where to Open the Sukanya Samriddhi Account - Deposits & Interest rate and exemption under Income Tax Act. ?



  • Sukanya Samriddhi account can be opened in Post Offices or authorised Banks by legal parents of girl child in the name of a girl child with a minimum deposit of Rs 1000. 
  • Account can be transferred from the original location to anywhere in India as the girl child relocates.
  • The parents will have to deposit Rs 1000 per month for next 14 Years, totaling Rs 1,68,000. The money can be deposited through cash, cheque or draft.
  • The account shall be opened and operated by the natural or legal guardian of a girl child till the girl child in whose name the account has been opened, attains the age of ten years.After attaining the age of ten years the account holder , girl child , may herself operate the account. 
  • The Sukanya Samriddhi Yojna scheme is offering an interest rate of 9.1% per year.The interest will compounded yearly shall be credited to the account till the account completes fourteen years.
  • Sukanya Samriddhi account  will be fully exempted from taxation as per Section 80C of Income Tax Act.The withdrawal shall be allowed only when the account holder girl child attains the age of eighteen years.

In February 2015 , Government of India  launched a DigiLocker  to provide a secure electronic space for storing the documents of people of Nation. In Digilocker user gets storage space of 1GB that is linked to the Aadhar number of the user. The space of 1 GB can be used for storing personal documents like All educational documents such as marksheets ,University certificates, Leaving certificates of school and college, PAN cards,Documents related to physical assets such as property,Driving license, passport,Utility bills – water, electricity, telephone bills , voter id, Birth ,Income tax payment receipts,Marriage certificate etc. In Digital locker system or Digilocker you can store document of file types: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, BMP and GIF. Digilocker or elocker is a initiative under the digital India programme . The main aim of digital locker is to reduce dependency on physical documents required and provided by various government agencies to the Indians. 


Benifits to user of Digilocker


Store electronically : Documents is stored electronically so you do not need to carry document while travelling to any place just have Digital locker account.You can store  the voter ID, high school/university documents, tax related documents marriage certificates,  and many others . 

Less paperwork : As you stored your document elctronically then you do not need to carry physcial copy of important government documents when required by any any institutuion .You just have to give your URL to them so that hey can check your document online on Digilocker.By using Digilocker your document  always will be in your safe hand . loss of document is prevented as every document is stored on online on Digital locker.

Free space : free space is offered for storing all the e-documents provided by different government agencies.

End to fake documents : Digilocker will end the producing fake certificate or misuse of certificate as your digilocker are linked to your unique Aadhar card number issued by UIDE .

e-Signature Facility: This facility lets you sign an electronic version of your sign so called e-sign . e-Signature Facility will end signed documents by hand and use only e-sign to sign any of your documents.


How to access digitallocker or digilocker ?


You only need your Aadhar card number as given above to open your account in Digilocker.Once your account is opened then you can access your account by using your 12 digit Aadhaar number and 10 digit mobile number by visiting http://digitallocker.gov.in/account/login  .After geeting access to your account or elocker you can upload and save your document which you want to save and recover whenever you required  

Employers or other government agencies will also have to sign-up for Digital Locker in order to get access to the your’s data and perform checking.Digilocker or elocker can only be accessed by anyone having Aadhar card number.So you do not worry about your elocker . 

As all the documents are stored and  secured on NIC's server.In 100% secured  digilocker every time when you login in your account to access your documents you will receive one time password (OTP) which you use to open your acccount . Only you and requesting authority will have an access to your documents.
